we're turning four!
This international women's day, we're celebrating our FOURTH BIRTHDAY! We could never have realised the community and growth we've been able to foster - we are incredibly proud.

So, we want to give back to the community that got us here!

We'll be celebrating our 4th Birthday by giving away a SEASON AT DUALITY! That's one class a week for 8 weeks - to a current or previous Duality Student! What do you need to do to win? Not much... read below!
THE COMPETITION
Set up portrait mode and record a video of yourself telling us why you love Duality! How has Duality changed, empowered or encouraged you? What does Duality mean to you?

Video to be filmed in PORTRAIT (that's the way you hold your phone, not landscape like your tv)

Video to be between 20 seconds and 3 minutes

Clear, uninterrupted audio (we recommend using your phone's microphone over headphones in a quiet room)

Bright light on your face

You must be comfortable with us sharing a portion or all your video on socials

Entries close 15 March, and a winner will be announced 24 March. Good luck!

1. Eligibility
1.1 The competition is open to all current and past students of Duality Pole.
1.2 Entrants must be 18 years or older.
1.3 Only one entry per person is allowed.
2. Prize
2.1 One winner will receive a season at Duality Pole, which includes one class per week for 8 weeks.
2.2 The prize must be used within six (6) months of the winner being announced.
2.3 If the winner is already enrolled in more than one class per season, they will receive a $270 credit towards their invoice.
2.4 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, participants must submit a video that meets the following criteria:

Filmed in PORTRAIT mode (vertical orientation).

Between 20 seconds and 3 minutes in length.

Features clear, uninterrupted audio (phone microphone recommended in a quiet room).

Has bright lighting on your face for visibility.
3.2 By submitting a video, entrants agree to Duality Pole sharing a portion or all of the video on social media.
4. Winner Selection & Announcement
4.1 The winner will be chosen based on creativity, engagement, and adherence to the video guidelines.
4.2 The winner will be announced via Duality Pole's social media channels and contacted directly.
5. General Conditions
5.1 Duality Pole reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
5.2 Any entries deemed inappropriate or that do not meet the criteria will be disqualified.
